This is a very unique and fun film, we felt like the director had never seen a horror movie before, its somewhat whimsical, and a little reminiscent of the tv show LOST.
Like many horror films, this is a Stephen King story, that is loosely based on a true story.
This atmospheric film doesn’t have great CGI but it does have a few great scares, the psychological dread is unbearable and thrilling.
There are 4 versions with different endings.
John Cusack gives an incredible performance supported by Samuel L. Jackson.
