Alien: Romulus

The Alien franchise is born again, this sequel is one of the best in the franchise of 9 films now, we would call it a must-see masterpiece.
This is a sequel, taking place in the same timeline as the main series, but it is also kind of a "requel" in that the film sets the franchise up for a rebirth.
The film balances paying homage to the original film, 'Alien' (1979), while introducing fresh and inventive elements; that's all we can say without spoiling it.
The film has incredible sets, thrilling action sequences, nail biting suspense and tension, disturbing body horror and gore, and even some jump scares.
Great performances from the entire cast, particularly Spaeny and Jonsson but we do wish they had strayed from the history of very little character development in the franchise, it would have been great to be more attached to the whole cast.
