We actually think this 2nd sequel in the 'Creepshow' anthology franchise is the best one.
This anthology is very poorly rated, but we think that was because it is so different from the previous ones and fans were disappointed it wasn't more of what they had come to love.
What makes this one unique and interesting is that the shorts all take place in the same city and the stories crossover and intersect at times, and we get a lot of characterization, the directors skillfully get you attached to the characters in a relatively short time.
There is also a great atmosphere created by the sets, the special effects gore is great, some good laughs, and the acting is surprisingly good.
Whereas the previous anthologies had stories about monsters and aliens, these stories focus more on human evils with lots of themes about society.
Features Stephanie Pettee, AJ Bowen, Ryan Carty, Camille Lacey, Emmett McGuire, Ben Pronsky, Ed Dyer, Kris Allen, the voice of Cara Cameron, and many others.
