There really are not enough horror movies set in New Orleans, there should be more.
This less heard of slasher film is bloody good fun, it is so ridiculous and wonderfully over the top (intentionally), we think it is a must-see classic.
The film gives us a legendary new villain, and man are they a disgusting force to be reckoned with.
There is a perfect pace, with near nonstop action, complimented by a great score, but the show stopper is the absolutely brutal and gruseome deaths, over the top gore and we love it.
This film spawned a franchise with 3 sequels that are all just as good as the original.
Enjoy this one over drinks with friends.
