Spooktober.ca will not email you any promotional, marketing, or sweepstakes material unless you sign up to receive such materials on our site, you acknowledge that you can unsubscribe from receiving these emails at any time, and you acknowledge that removing your email from our electronic subscription may take up to 48 hours, in which time you may still receive further emails from us.
You agree that you alone are responsible for any loss to yourself, financial or otherwise, that may occur from fraudulent phishing emails pretending to be Spooktober.ca. You agree to check the email address carefully when communicating with Spooktober.ca to be certain that the email address matches our site's email address exactly.
